The following documents are required for the Delaware registration:

Yes, the Delaware registration is valid worldwide.

Yes, if you provide the necessary paperwork, you can register the yacht in your present company name. Or, if you don’t yet have a company, we can set one up for you as a dormant UK LTD or USA LLC as soon as we give you the corporate records. You would have to draught a bill of sale naming the new business as the purchaser of the yacht.

Yes, you can register a jet ski or a kayak.

Documents in English language are accepted. All documents must have an English translation that has been sworn in. We will take care of that for you.

A credit card-sized registration card and two stickers (decals) for your boat are included in the Delaware registration package.

Before sending the original papers, we will send you the registration copy via email.

You can choose to sign up for one year or three years. The registration period runs from January 1 through December 31 each year. We can register you for the next year as early as October.

The name of the boat and the homeport must be painted or adhered to the port side (back) of the boat. The homeport name does not have a minimum size requirement; however, the letters must be at least 10 cm tall.

Your documents can be delivered anywhere in the world. You are not required to pick them up yourself.

Designed to combine the benefits of a corporation with the tax advantages of a partnership, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (LLC) is a hybrid business form. Owners of an LLC are not held personally responsible for the debts and liabilities of the LLC, unlike owners of a corporation. An LLC may be regarded as a pass-through entity for taxation purposes, similar to a partnership. This could be helpful for those who want the tax pass-through treatment but cannot meet the IRS standards for a “S” corporation.

If it’s a new boat and never registered under any flag, then we are required any official document like CE certificate or a builder’s certificate.

If the boat is already registered under any flag, CE certificate will not be required.

You have the option to get your Delaware registration apostilled. However, it’s not mandatory.

We accept all payment methods.

  • Applicant can apply for 1-year or 3-Years Renewal as per their registration.
  • Renewal season starts in October every year. If the applicant applies for the renewal after oct 1st, he/she will get the next full year till Dec, 31st.
  • In case, if applicant is applying before Oct 1st, will get the same year validity till Dec 31st.

The procedure is very simple, we are required to have the following documents:

You need to apply for the deletion of the documents through our website and send us the following documents:

  • Copy of Boat registration
  • Copy of your passport

You are not required to send back the original papers, if you are applying for the change of ownership/deletion.

Please send us the copy of the boat registration/state confirmation letter to us and we will help get your documents apostilled.

We need to know the following:

What type of VHF you have on board and what is its power (for example, 25 W).

If you have more equipment on board such as ATIS, EPIRB or any other, please indicate so. If you have an EPIRB, we need to know the following:

  • Hexadecimal identification (15 digits)
  • Type of beacon
  • Beacon manufacturer
  • Serial number of the beacon

* We also need to know the maximum number of passengers allowed on board, as well as the displacement in KG of the boat.

* You must also provide us with the details of 2 of the emergency contact persons. Please note that he / she cannot be the same as in the registration document.

MMSI license can be issued within 24-48 business hours. It is issued in a digital format and is valid for 10 years.

Yes. The same MMSI number needs to be input into each radio if there are many that are only used on a single boat.
